By accessing or using Feyd ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Feyd is a multi-tenant CRM and newsletter platform that provides contact management, email campaign creation and delivery, embeddable signup forms, and audience analytics. Each tenant workspace is fully isolated.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. Feyd retains ownership of the platform, its design, code, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feyd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
