Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Contact data: Information you upload or collect through forms — names, emails, tags, custom fields. This data belongs to you.
Usage data: Page views, feature usage, and campaign analytics (open rates, click rates) to improve the Service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your contact lists for our own marketing.
Your data is stored with row-level security enforced at the database level. Each tenant's data is fully isolated — no other account can access your contacts, campaigns, or analytics.
Passwords are securely hashed. Sessions expire after 7 days. All connections are encrypted via TLS.
We work with trusted third-party providers for email delivery, payment processing, file storage, and infrastructure hosting. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy policies.
We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data (contacts, campaigns, analytics) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Feyd is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
